As if spilling right out of some portal from the past, smack into the middle of the 2020's, BIRDLEGS pairs Jade Puget (AFI), Gary Gutfeld (CORDUROY, HI-FIVES), and Eric Ozenne (THE NERVE AGENTS, UNIT PRIDE) came up together in Northern California's East Bay, REDEMPTION 87 in the late 1990's. Now joining up with Ryan Doria (OVEREXPOSURE and PRESSURE CRACKS). This is not a rehash of the same old ways seeking to resurrect 1987 hardcore practices, this is a relevant fusion of old school hardcore punk with a myriad of edges being pushed in all directions.
